Development of Ust-Luga Sea Merchant Port and portside territory demands creating business zones. The area planned for location of the business park borders with federal highway to Ust-Luga Port and the industrial and logistic zone of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex. The concept includes construction of a group of low-rise buildings with developed infrastructure. Among them may be buildings of different purpose, such as hotels, apartments, congress halls, trade and exhibition halls, galleries, etc. The area for construction of the business park is 140 hectares.
