UST-LUGA MULTIMODAL COMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURE"
Railway Service:

Facilities of the industrial and logistic zone will be provided with the railway service from Luzhskaya railway station by means of the railway network along Mga – Gatchina – Veimarn line. The first order of Luzhskaya railway station is built and put into operation. The planned railway capacity will amount to 92 million tons per year by 2015. The length of the main line from Luzhskaya railway station to the industrial and logistic zone is 6.7 km in accordance with the perspective scheme of railway infrastructure laying and construction.

Motorroad Service:
|
There is an existing asphalt road from M-9 and M-18 federal highways to the industrial and logistic zone. M-9 federal highway is to Moscow, M-18 Baltiya highway is to Murmansk via St. Petersburg. In accordance with the RF Transport Strategy there will be constructed a 261 km federal highway from Veliky Novgorod to Ust-Luga in the period from 2011 to 2015. This highway will allow increasing effectiveness of road service and eliminating cargo infrastructure limitations. In accordance with the design solutions there will be constructed inner motor roads of category 3 at the territory of the industrial and logistic zone. Their total length will amount to 21.1 km. The width of their traffic area will be not less than 7 m. The upper layer of the pavement will be made of asphalt concrete.

Power Supply:

Facilities located at the industrial and logistic zone will be provided with power from Ust-Luga 330 kV power substation located next to Dubki village of Kingiseppsky municipal district. The construction customer of the substation is LLC “North-Western Power Mains”. The substation is planned to be put into operation in 2012. The power will be transferred from Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant. Now LLC “Multimodal complex Ust-Luga” possesses preliminary engineering specifications for connection of facilities of the industrial and logistic zone to this substation. Total one-time load will be 16 megawatt. Total perspective loads of input power will be up to 900 MVA.

Water Supply:

Now there are surveys to determine preliminary engineering specifications for public water supply of facilities located at the industrial and logistic zone. The total capacity will be 1400 m3 per day.

Public Sewage System:
|
Now there are conducted negotiations about construction of a possible centralized sewage system and treatment facilities with total capacity of 1400 m3 per day.

Gas Supply:
|
It is possible to arrange independent gas supply systems for manufacturing facilities with the use of liquefied gas from a liquefied hydrocarbon gases transshipment facility of SIBUR company at Ust-Luga Sea Merchant Port. The facility is planned to be put into operation in 2012.

Heat Supply:
|
It is possible to arrange independent heat supply systems for manufacturing facilities with the use of liquefied gas from a liquefied hydrocarbon gases transshipment facility of SIBUR company and masut from a liquid bulk cargo facility of Rosneftbunker company at Ust-Luga Sea Merchant Port. The SIBUR’s facility is planned to be put into operation in 2012. The Rosneftbunker’s facility is planned to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2010.
