INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTIC ZONE

An industrial and logistic zone of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex is a territory with total area of 432 hectares. The zone is aimed at location of an industrial business park, temporary storage warehouses (a dry port), logistic terminals and manufacturing enterprises of the 1-5 classes of danger. Land sites for construction are located in close vicinity of terminals of Ust-Luga Sea Merchant Port.

Logistic Zone of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex

The territory is aimed at construction of specialized warehouse buildings and logistic terminals. The logistic zone is located 500 meters far from Ust-Luga Sea Merchant Port. The zone will be provided with a railway line to Luzhskaya-Sortirovochnaya railway station. The area for warehouses’construction is up to 133 hectares.

Industrial Business Park of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex

The area is aimed at construction of a group of buildings among which are warehouse, office and hotel buildings. The area for construction is 35 hectares.

Dry Port of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex

The zone is aimed at construction of a group of buildings among which are temporary storage warehouses and an open area for storage and handling of cargo and containers. This zone is of interst for construction of temporary storage warehouses aimed at customs formalities and control of goods including containers imported to the territory of the Russian Federation via sea ports (Federal Customs Service Order 510 dated March 18, 2010). The dry port will be provided with a railway line to Luzhskaya-Sortirovochnaya railway station. The area for construction is 88 hectares.

Industrial Zone of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex

The zone is aimed at construction of manufacturing enterprises, location of open cargo storage areas, etc. The industrial zone consists of several clusters where it is possible to locate enterprises of the 1-5 classes of danger. The zone will be provided with a railway line to Luzhskaya-Sortirovochnaya railway station. The area for construction of a plant is up to 176 hectares

LLC “Multimodal complex Ust-Luga” is an initiator and construction customer for construction of utilities and transport construction facilities. Construction of industrial, warehouse, office and other facilities will be fulfilled by LLC “Multimodal complex Ust-Luga” with the assistance of co-investors (shared construction participants) and companies interested in construction of their own manufacturing, logistic facilities, open cargo temporary storage areas and other facilities in close vicinity of the sea port and the planned airport.
